Shin Ramen and Sushi was a delightful surprise! I tried the agedashi tofu, which was perfectly crisp on the outside and silky inside—comforting and delicious. The highlight, though, was the Aburi sushi. The addition of capers was a bold, unexpected twist that really worked. It’s rare to find sushi that feels both creative and respectful of tradition. Would definitely come back to explore more of the menu!

The ramen broth is rich, and the noodle is tender. The karage also suits perfectly with the lemon zest honey mustard. Great meal experience!

Shin Ramen - My Go-To Spot for Fresh and Delicious Meal!!! Shin Ramen has been my regular Friday takeout and dine-in option for the past three years, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, fast, and consistently satisfying. I regularly enjoy the daily special roll, spicy roll, chicken karaage, dumplings, and edamame. Every dish is packed with flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. The service is just as impressive as the food— the staff are friendly, attentive, and always accommodating. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, they make sure your experience is top-notch. I also can’t forget to mention the ramen!! The spicy ramen and Shin Shin ramen at Shin Ramen are unbeatable. The spicy ramen has the perfect kick, balancing heat with rich, savory broth and tender noodles. The Shin Shin ramen is a comforting classic, with a deep, flavorful broth that’s hearty yet smooth. If you're a ramen or sushi lover, these are must-try dishes that deliver. Shin Ramen has earned its place as my go-to spot, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick, fresh, and delicious meal.

My husband and I visited this ramen restaurant while we were in the area near Humber College, and we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a cozy, small shop with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and fortunately, we arrived during a quiet time. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and our server kindly provided some excellent recommendations. We ordered the Shinshin Ramen, Tantan Ramen, and the Salmon Aburi — all of which were delicious. The ramen, in particular, stands out as some of the best we’ve had in the area. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality ramen and great service!

Really cozy spot with friendly service and yummy food. The sushi is particular tastes very high quality and fresh. The ramen is 4/5 -- not mind-blowing but quite decent. The sushi / tonkatsu sets though are very good and I highly recommend.
